Upon approval, the fireworks permit will be mailed to the address listed on the application. The class of firework and approximate quantity to be fired must be included on the form. Federal law requires all consumer class fireworks to be labeled with appropriate rating. If you would like the approval permit sent to an email address, please include a valid email address in the contact information section.
